The OneConsultation API lost internet connectivity resulting in a periodic status check to fail. We are investigating this issue with Microsoft Azure to understand what happened and to ensure it does not become a reoccurring problem.
We have also added additional logging around unexpected errors such as this to enable us to diagnose such issue faster in the future.
