OneConsultation Domain Migration
Scheduled Maintenance Report for OneConsultation from Nasstar
Completed
The scheduled maintenance has completed.

If you use Microsoft Teams for your OneConsultation video calls, please ensure that you use Microsoft Teams to make a test call to testcall@onecvideo.net before you next use OneConsultation, to avoid experiencing issues with the service.

If you have already made this test call, or you do not use Microsoft Teams, no action is required.

The OneConsultation infrastructure is being migrated to a new dedicated SIP domain. The move will resolve a current known issue created by a disconnect in SIP signalling, which causes Microsoft Teams to drop unexpectedly from a OneConsultation meeting. During this period, there may be some downtime whilst we complete this work.

What you need to do next

Detailed below are the technical prerequisites that all OneConsultation customers will need to complete before the migration work on 20 June 2020. It is important to complete this as quickly as possible so this connectivity can be tested to the new environment.

Ensure your Teams/SfB environment is federated with onecvideo.net. If your federation policy is set to open, you do not need to do anything. If your federation policy is set to closed, you will need to add onecvideo.net as a trusted domain.

Ensure necessary firewall ports are opened for the new IP addresses if individual IPs are whitelisted. Please refer to a notification email we have sent you for more information.
